The Veizla Table
Known for being fierce warriors, the Vikings were also a hospitable lot looking for any excuse to honour or celebrate a person, a guest, their gods or an event by means of a glorious feast.
The Old-Norse word for such a feast was “Veizla”(pronounced Vee-slah). For a table to endure these Veizlas, it had to be incredibly strong and perfectly sturdy – construction was the key.
Today’s feasts may not often be as loud and rowdy as in Viking times… Still, it is peace of mind knowing your table will last the rough and tumble of everyday life, be highly practical, as well as forever looking stunningly beautiful!
Made from solid edge-glued panel, making it environmentally sustainable and possible to produce in just about any wood available. Standard woods include oak, ask, maple, mahogany, walnut and wengé. The table is available in 2 standard rectangular sizes with/without leaves, and one standard round size. The table can be made to individual specification upon request. The unique assembly bracket is the heart of the design, giving the table incredible strength, and makes it possible to dismantle for easy transportation.
The Viezla Chair and Bench

Like the table, the unique assembly bracket gives the bench incredible strength.
Graphium & Cauda Chair
An iconic dining chair is one of the ultimate challenges for a furniture designer, since it has to fullfill an array of important design criteria… It must be strong enough to withstand years of use, light to be easily moved around. It must be comfortable to sit on for long periods of time, supporting you ergonomically correct. Lastly it must be aesthetically pleasing from all possible angles… It took a number of models and prototypes before the 3-legged Graphium was created. Available in oak, ash, walnut and mahogany.
